  Very disappointing. I called to order a lasagna for pick up, I told the girl that I wanted to pick it up at a certain time. She obviously didn't wait to put the order in because my food was cold when I received it. My lasagna had only two pieces of pepperoni on it, and hardly any sauce. It was mostly just noodles. I haven't eaten at vitos in a long time and won't be again, their standards have definitely fallen.
  
  I called and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was put on hold (which I expected) when the girl came back to the phone she said the owner had left for the night. So then I asked if there was any kind of supervisor there that I could speak with, she told me no but "I can help ya" so a little thrown I asked her are you a supervisor? She then told me "yup" so by this point I realized she was probably lying and asked to speak with someone else and left my info for the owner to call me back.
  
  I do not recommend and will not be returning myself.

  Yeah I don't know. Most people love Vito's. Can't say as I've had anything that makes me want to eat there more, they are ok..... at best. Their portion sizes and quality really don't set them apart, there is far better options. Last time I ate there wife had a pebble that she nearly busted a tooth on her baked potato. When we brought it up there was no...... anything..... server just shrugged it off, didn't offer anything or ....... So that about sums up Vito's.
