  We've been to this location many times and this time was extremely bad. The staff member behind the counter never smiled once. Yes it was busy. It was a Friday at lunch time. Maybe having the second register open would have helped..who knows. My husband ordered a whopper with cheese..Myself I ordered a grilled chicken no mayo. There was one order before ours and 3 after waiting. First order gone. They load our tray with drinks fries and my husband's burger and now we wait more. 5 minutes pass. I make a comment that the food is getting cold the counter person says "go to your seat if I remember I'll bring it out " What is that? Finally the sandwich arrives. We sit to enjoy our lunch. Husband's burger is a mushroom Swiss burger.in going to bring it back and he's like no she'll just get more worked up. He ate it but it was soggy. Mine was defrosted...water logged chicken. No taste at all.
