  Visiting from Vancouver! We drove from Quebec City in the morning and arrived at St. John just after 9pm, hoping to grab a bite to eat. We found out that they had just closed, but the restaurant owner was kind enough to let us order some food despite it being after closing hours. We told her that we could just bring it back to our hotel as take-out, but she replied with "Pho is best eaten hot and fresh!" so she offered to let us eat in the restaurant. We were very grateful!
  
  The decor is nice and fitting. We only saw the owner, and her service was exceptional. Despite closing up for the night, the pho was served quickly. Importantly, the pho itself was quite good! Overall, an incredibly pleasant experience and a very memorable evening for our family.
